This message appears when the app couldn't find a person, animal, or object in the photo. In that case, the photo opens with the background not yet removed, so please erase the background using "Brush" or "Erase by Color".
The first time you use the app, it downloads the data needed for cutting out subjects. Without an internet connection, the automatic cutout may not work, so please connect to the internet and try again.
