On devices running Android 9, this message appears when the app isn't allowed to save images (access to storage). Tap "Open Settings", allow access, and then tap "Save" again.
If you see "Saving was canceled because transparency information was lost", saving was stopped because the transparent areas couldn't be saved correctly. Please tap "Save" and try again.
