Monthly and annual plans renew automatically unless you cancel them. You can also open the cancellation page from "Subscription Status" on the app's "Premium" screen.
- Open the "Google Play Store" app
- Tap your profile icon at the top right
- Tap "Payments & subscriptions" > "Subscriptions"
- Select this app, then tap "Cancel subscription"
*The Lifetime plan has no auto-renewal, so there is no need to cancel.
